Because we are customers ourselves and we know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete “no fuss” guarantee to all our customers.
If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, or if you’re simply not satisfied with what you’ve received, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

– Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.

– Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

Here, we have tried to answer few common question regarding return/replacement/refund requests. Please read through these:

What is the 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee? 

All products sold at are covered under our 7-Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee. Everything is returnable EXCEPT keychains. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like following:

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, health and personal care items, paper jewelry, paper bags, paper lamps, soft toys, fabric lengths less than one meter.

In order to get a defective/unused item replaced :

Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or drop a mail at or call us on +91 76719 63235, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You can also reply to any of the emails received by you from maipotli and someone shall speak to you and register your request.
The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by maipotli for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for International shipments.

How can i get a refund? 

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund/replacement please write us at and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process refund request within 7 working days.

Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?

If return location of the shipment is India, maipotli will pay the return shipping. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on maipotli

If return location of the shipment is outside India, maipotli will not be paying the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse.  We strongly recommend you to  choose carefully before making an international order as returns may be not very cost effective.

How will I get my money back?

Upon authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to offer you refund or replacement. You can get your money back into your originating bank account or you can opt for a gift card which can be used for any future purchase on maipotli. You can also opt for a direct bank transfer via NEFT in case you have paid via COD mode. Usually, gift cards are the most preferred option of refunds on maipotli. You can use them as per your convenience, there is no expiry to a gift card.

How do I cancel an order on

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount asap if you have paid for your order. If you’ve placed order in COD mode, we’ll simply cancel it. Please drop a mail at for cancellation requests. You can also reply to the any email communication received by maipotli team regarding your order and we would process your request asap.

If the cancellation request is received after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. We will recall the parcel.
2. If you received the product, inform us, we’ll get it picked up under standard return/replacement procedures mentioned above on this page.

Can I cancel / return a part of the order? 

Yes, you can cancel / return a part of your order. Write to us at with your order number. We’ll do the needful under our standard return/refund/cancellation policy mentioned above on this page.

Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE? 

No. If your order contains products sold in SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only.
